Abstract

This cross-sectional study of 200 doctors across ten invasive specialties at Benghazi Medical Center found an overall musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) prevalence of 86.5%, most commonly affecting the lower back, shoulders, and knees. Females reported higher rates of hip/thigh and shoulder pain, and ENT surgeons were significantly affected by neck and wrist/hand pain, underscoring the need for ergonomic training and workplace modifications.
